Since 1999, Jeff has been a pioneering visionary in the electronic and card-linked promotions/loyalty industry. Jeff owns patents and pending patent applications encompassing and describing concepts that are key components of e-wallet, paperless coupon, and the loyalty card ecosystem.

He launched his first reward and promotions business, CyberDrawer, in 2000. Jeff is a member of the Electronic Transaction Association (“ETA”) and is currently serving on the ETA’s 2013 Technology Committee.

Before 1999, Jeff practiced law in Dallas, Texas. A 1986 graduate of the Texas Tech School of Law, Jeff also has a bachelor of arts degree in history from Tulane University. An active community volunteer, Mankoff was president of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America North Texas Chapter, board member of American Jewish Committee, Dallas Chapter, and board member of the Rockridge Institute. Jeff is presently a board member of Progress Texas.
